Niklas is the former Club Director of ÖIS Fotboll and a current member of the nomination committee for SEF (Swedish Professional Football Leagues). Most recently, he worked in the finance industry, responsible for partnerships and financial solutions tailored to sports organizations. Certified by FIFA.

Per is a former football player and board member at Landskrona BoIS and also former Chairman of the Board at ÖIS Fotboll. He is the founder and Chairman of the industrial group Tången, which invests in mid-sized companies across the Nordic region. With extensive experience in business and organizational development, Per brings a strategic perspective to both sport and enterprise.
